Edith was the daughter of the late Floyd Joseph and Rose Bassett Baker Andrews. She attended Lawnside Public Schools, and later moved to Philadelphia. She was the proud mother of two daughters, Joyce and Diane. Edith was a beautiful and wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and cousin. She always had a smile that made you feel warm inside. Sister to Jeannette, Mamie, Ethel, Herman, Kenneth, and Richard.
You bid no one a last farewell,
You said goodbye to none;
Your loving heart has ceased to beat,
Your stay on Earth is done.
The flowers, we placed upon your grave may wither and decay:
But, our love for you who sleep beneath will never fade away.
Love you very much....Your Family
