"Grandmother"
Rose was the daughter of Edith Bassett Baker and Walter/Warner Baker. Raised in Lawnside, New Jersey, she moved to Phila., Pa in 1949. She was the mother of seven children Jeannette, Richard, Kenneth, Mamie, Herman, Edith, Ethel and the grandmother of many. Sister to Ethel M. Baker Baytop. She was a strong wonderful woman. Our grandmother "ROSE"!!!

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane
We'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

If roses grow in Heaven, Lord, then pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Grandma's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her that I love and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. ♥ ♥ ♥
