Richard Martin DeShields was the son of the late Percy DeShields and Rose Baker Andrews. Brother to Jeannette Muse, Mamie Andrews, Kenneth Andrews,Edith A. Miller, Ethel Cooper,Herman Andrews. Richard was blind at birth. He was a very talented and independent man, who could travel any where he wanted. He is terribly missed by his family.
