Joyce was the daughter of the late Furman and Edith A. Andrews Miller. Joyce was very talented and aspired to do many things, two of which she enjoyed the most was Baking and doing Taxes, both of which she mastered. Joyce's cakes was "The Bomb" especially her birthday cakes. She could be found sitting at her computer doing taxes for long hours. Joyce was the mother of two children, Everett and Sherry. Grandmother to five grandchildren. She is dearly missed by family and friends.
