SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Services for Shirley M. Engebretson, 66, former Rockford area resident who died Friday in San Diego, will be Friday in San Diego. The body will be cremated.
He was the son of the late Shirley and Henrietta Engebretson of Davis Junction and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Gail, San Diego; a son, Roy, Vail, Colo.; three sisters, Lois Baxter, La Palma, Calif., Norma Beard, Rockford, and Geraldine Goad, Panama, Okla.; and two brothers, Dean, Earp in California, and Lloyd Merlin, Oregon State.
Interment will be in Fort Rosecrans Military Cemetery.
