GREENSBORO — Gladys C. Coble, 91, of 3600 Esterwoods Road died Friday September 16, 2011 at her residence. Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2011 at the Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm Street Chapel with the Rev. Gary Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery. A native of Rockingham County, Mrs. Coble was born November 16, 1919 to the late Fletcher and Dottie Leake Case. She was the owner of her own in home barber shop for many years. Preceded in death by her husband Howard Coble, daughter Irene Donnell, son Eugene Hutson and son-in-law James Seagle, she is survived by her sons Wilbur Hutson and his wife Vivian of Pilot Mountain, Jimmie Hutson and his wife Dean of Gibsonville, daughter Georgia Seagle of Columbia, SC, five brothers and sisters, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.
