Funeral services were held
Wednesday, afternoon for
Peder Winterton, who died
Monday at the home
of his daughter,
Mrs. Bertha Colberg at
Payton.
Services at the Olson Funeral Home at 1:30 and at the
Synod Lutheran Church in
Forest City at 2:O' clock.
Mr. Winterton was born in
Norway. He is survived by
his sons,
Peder Jr., and
Raymond of Forest City,
George in the west part
of the county,
two daughters, and a brother,
Clarence of Osage.
Special Note:
In the obit, George is his brother. Clarence is his son.
Peter also had another son by Elizabeth also named Clarence who died in 1907 as a infant in Thor, Iowa.
