Last will and testament (transcription)
Will Book 4, Pages 129-130. Clerk of Court, Point Pleasant, Mason, WV.
I W.H.H. Neal make this my last will and testament and, direct payment of my just debts. I devise and bequeath to Rhoda C. Neal my wife all my property both real and personal that I may die seized and possessed of. For and during her natural life, and I further devise and bequeath that at the death of the said Rhoda C. Neal the said property shall be divided between my children as hereinafter mentioned. H.G. Neal shall have one dollar and Julia A. Boster shall have one dollar, and after said above mentioned amounts are paid, then the remainder of said property to be sold and the proceeds of said sale of said property to be equally divided between Ella Booth, W.H.H. Neal Jr., Fred Neal, John H. Neal, Sarah Rogers, Rebecca Clonch, Joseph D. Neal, Benjamin G. Neal, Samuel T. Neal, and Gracie Neal.
I appoint R.E. Snyder my executor of this my will.
Witness my signature this 17th day of November 1910.
