Mr. Neal, 79, Dies Friday in Hospital.
Pt. Pleasant—Funeral service for John Hardy Neal, 79, retired farmer of Gallipolis Ferry, Will be held today at 2 p.m. in the Wyoma Church with the Rev. Ivan Myers in charge assisted by the Rev. Arthur Muncy of Columbus, Ohio. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Neal died Friday in Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, after being seriously ill the past three days.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Oma Whittaker, Columbus, four sons, Burdell Neal, Pt. Pleasant; John Neal, Gallipolis Ferry, Harold and Laverne Neal, both of Columbus; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Simpkins, Pt Pleasant, Mrs. Sarah Rogers, Henderson; Two brothers, Fred Neal Pt. Pleasant and Joe Neal, West Columbia.
