Mrs. Grondsma was born June 25, 1915 in Elwood, Utah, a daughter of Rasmus Peter and Dorothea Kay Olsen Hansen. She was reared and educated in Box Elder county and came to Ogden in 1932.
Surviving are her husband, John Grondsma; four brothers and seven sisters, Willie P. Hansen, Mrs. Eardley (Ellen) Hawks; Mrs. Cecil (Lizzie) Wright, both of Ogden; Harold L. Hanson, Mrs. Adam (Lillie) Brenkman, both of Tremonton; Joe Hansen, Nevada; Chris Hansen, Oregon; Mrs. Lynn (Carrie) Petersen, Brigham City; Mrs. Cecil (Norma) Hanson, Clearfield; Mrs. Mary Tannehill, Mrs. Cleo Bronson, both of California.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Aultorest Chapel of Flowers with Bishop's counselor Harry Nasfell of the Eleventh Ward officiating. Friends my call at the chapel Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday until services.
