Mrs. Hansen was born April 27, 1879 at Copenhagen, Denmark, a daughter of Hans and Anna Marie Larsen Olsen. She came to the United States as a convert to the LDS Church and lived at Elwood, Box Elder county, later moving to Brigham City.
She married Rasmus Peter Hansen, June 14, 1910, in the Salt Lake Temple. He died several years ago.
She had been active in the Relief society of the Brigham City First Ward.
Survivors include two sons and four daughters: Willie P. Hansen, Mrs. John (Dorothy) Grondsma, Mrs. Eardley (Ellen) Hawks, all of Ogden; Harold L. Hansen, Elwood; Mrs. Robert L. (Kay) Petersen, Brigham City; Mrs. Cecil (Norma) Hanson, Clearfield, seven stepsons and stepdaughters, Chris Hansen, Herman Hansen, both of Oregon; Mrs. Mary Tannehill, Los Angeles; Mrs. Cleopha Bronson, Joseph Hansen, both of California; Mrs. Lizzie Wright, Ogden; Mrs. Adam (Lillie) Brenkman, Tremonton; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Brigham City First Ward chapel. Friends may call at the Felt Mortuary, Brigham City, Thursday 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday prior to services. Burial Brigham City Cemetery.
