The union between Green G. Gould (1855 - 1919) & Elizabeth F. Moore (1856 - 1931) resulted in the birth of 6 children: James Richard Gould (1877 - 1957), Sarah E. Gould (1878 - 1934), Noah Thomas Gould (1880 - 1957), William Jackson Gould (1882 - 1955), Creasey Ann Gould (1884 - 1923) & George J. Gould (1888 - 1973).
Green G. Gould, Elizabeth F. Moore & their young family relocated from Shelby Springs, Shelby, Alabama to Lake, Scott, Mississippi on Old Saw Mill Road with-in sight of the Old Sand Ridge Church and one room School building in the Spring of 1885. By 1888 they were recorded as living at Conehatta Village, Newton, Mississippi and were recorded as living there in the 1900 U.S. Federal Census.
They relocated back to Lake, Scott, Mississippi circa 1905 where they settled about 4 miles west of Lake a mile or so behind what is now Raytheon. They relocated once more in 1917 to the small Community of Oak Grove just a few miles south - west of Lake, Mississippi which is where he died at the age of 63 years on August 19, 1919. His eulogy and service was conducted at nearby Oak Grove Baptist Church and then he was transported and buried in the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Hazel, Newton, Mississippi.
