Mrs. Murry, wife of Rev. L.F. Murry died at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, at 9 o'clock, Monday morning at the age of about 40 years. She was taken to the hospital several weeks ago and had undergone an operation for the removal of gallstones. Her husband and five children survive her. Mrs. Murry was well known in some localities in this county, her husband who is a prominent clergyman of the Church of God, having been pastor of Carrollton charge of that denomination for fours years, since 1897 and until recently. Her remains were interred in the burial ground of the Bethel, near Carrollton, Thursday, after funeral services conducted by the pastor, Rev. Dr. T.B. Tyler, assisted by other prominent ministers of the Church of God. Mrs. Murry was, we are informed, a native of Westmoor, Luzerne County, Pa., where many of her relatives, who are prominent citizens reside.
