Born in Newman Grove, Neb., on March 9, 1900, Mr. Bader was a self-employed carpenter and worked as a custodian for the Boulder Public Schools until retirement in 1965. He was a member of the Carpenters Local #285 and a member of the First Christian Church in Kirk, Colo.
Mr. Bader married Elsie Dietz (mdp) in Kirk on Dec. 26, 1923. The couple moved to Boulder in 1938.
He is survived by his wife Elsie; a son, Louis of Denver; three sisters, Anna McCommon of Ca., Bertha Ingalls of Denver and Verna Garrett of Kansas; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Three sisters, two daughters and one brother preceded Mr. Bader in death.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Howe Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Gary Cobb of First Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
