Mrs. Albertine Zick, 87, died early Saturday morning at the homestead farm of her son Benjamin in the town of Brillion. Death was due to old age. Mrs. Zick, the former Albertine Persohn, was born in Germany on July 10, 1854. At the age of three years she came to America with her parents. After her marriage to Carl Zink the couple located on a farm in Brillion town, which is now owned by a son Benjamin.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday from the Luecker funeral home at Brillion and from the Brillion M. E. Church, the Rev. Robert Gross officiating. Interment will be in the Brillion Bluff cemetery.
Survivors are nine daughters; Mrs. Ezra Wiese of Kewaunee, Mrs. Waler Huebner of Crivitz, Mrs. John Felton of Neenah, Mrs. Philip Schilling of Kiel, Mrs. Ernest Bastian and Mrs. Henry L Bastian of Brillion, Mrs. William Keuer and Mrs. Augusta Huebner of Forest Junction and Miss Marie Zick of Appleton, and three sons, William of Chicago and Benjamin and Edward of Brillion.
