SCHILLING
Mrs. Minnie Schilling, 75, route 2, Kiel, died Friday evening at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Timm, route 2, Kiel. She had been ill for several years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Bethel Methodist church in Meggers, the Rev. Robert Marquardt officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
Mrs. Schilling, nee Minnie Zick, was born in Brillion in 1875 and in 1897 was married to Philip Schilling. The couple resided on a farm north of Kiel until 1926 and then moved to the city of Kiel. Following Mr. Schilling's death in 1945 Mrs. Schilling made her home with her son in law and daughter.
Survivors are two sons, Clarence of route 2, Kiel and the Rev. Marvin of Beaver Dam; three daughters, Mrs. John Timm of route 2, Kiel, Mrs. Elmer Kloehn of Forest Junction and Mrs. Charles Tann(Tamm) of Juneau; seven sisters; three brothers; seven grandchildren. Her husband and a daughter preceded her in death.
Mrs. Schilling was a life long member of the Bethel Methodist church and the Women's Society of Christian Service.
Friends may call at the Meiselwitz funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday and at the church after 11 a.m. Monday.
