Amanda E. Anthony, mother of Mrs. Irene Craig, Carnegie was born at Pickens, S.C., February 19, 1871. She was a member of the royal Neighbers lodge, joining at Carnegie in December, 1915. She had lived in Anadarko for the past 30 years.
One son, C.R. Steverson, Oklahoma; a daughter, Mrs. Irene Craig, Carnegie; two sisters, Mrs. Cynthia Martin of Lawton and Mrs. Azalee Burge of Shawnee; a brother, Ed Anderson, Oklahoma City.
