From family files: he was first buried in the hillside west of the old home with other members of his family. About 1881 their remains were removed to (Primitive) Baptist Corner (Pleasant Run) grave yard, about 8 miles east of Lancaster, Fairfield Co O, where he is buried beside his first wife, Elizabeth (HITE). ...Pleasant Run Primitive Baptist, Baptist Corners Cem., located at intersection of Coonpath and Lake Roads, also called Strickler's Corners because of the stone cutters who operated their business on the southeast corner. Across from the cemetery once stood the Baptist Corners School.

Rebecca m David FRIESNER, Anna m Gilbert EMMONS, Andrew 1816-1817, Elizabeth m Joseph HENDRICKS, David m Lydia HUFFORD, Samuel m Mary CLEVENGER, Daniel 1823-1831, Lewis m Margaret DeARMET, Isaac 1826-1832, John m Sarah CLEVENGER & Catherine m Philemon HUFFORD.

Sophrnona "Sally" m Jacob BLOSSER, Mary m Noah HUDDLE, Diana m Joseph MORRIS, Sarah Ann m David W SHUMAKER, George Washington m Mary E LARIMER, Noah 1844-1862, Enoch Beery m Anna Eliza KERLIN & Levi 1849-1850.
