Peter Ouzts II married Lucinda LOWERY, daughter of Elizabeth OUZTS and John William Lowery, Sr.in 1824 in Edgefield County, SC. They had eight children: Isaac, Mary, Elizabeth, Peter III, John I., Emily Frances, Lucinda, and Harriet E.

He is the Patriarch of the Peter Ouzts II Line.
