Mrs. Kate F. Barnett
Infirmities of age caused the death of Mrs. Kate F. Barnett at her residence, 963 Cherokee road, at 9:00 yesterday morning. Mrs. Barnett was 80 years old and the widow of Judge Andrew Barnett, who died about two years ago. She was a native of Jefferson county, having been born near Jeffersontown.
For many years Mrs. Barnett was a resident of Louisville. For the last thirty-three years she resided in the house in which she died. She was a member of the Walnut Street Baptist church for forty years, and always took great interest in the work of the church.
One son, Tyler Barnett, and seven grandchildren survive her….
