MRS. ELLA MARY HAGERTY SMETHPORT, Pa. -
Mrs. Ella Mary Hagerty, 86, of Dickinson Manor, Smethport, died Tuesday (Feb. 7,1978) in the Bradford Hospital.

Born June 10,1891 in Kinzua, she was a daughter of Leon D. and Eva Miller Scowden. On July 5,1909 in Elmira, N.Y., she married Elmer Skinner, who died in 1940.

Mrs. Hagerty was a practical nurse in the area until her retirement in 1956.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rose Kraft of RD 2, Smethport; two sons, Lester Skinner of Parisppany, N.J. and William Skinner of Youngsville; 13 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and eight great-greatgrandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Rena Braden of Tionesta, Mrs. Iola Mosier of Mich. and Mrs. Margaret Dougan of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Jay M. Snyder Funeral Home, 2 Bank St, Smethport, today from 7to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. where funeral and committal services will be held Friday (Feb. 10, 1978) at 1:30 p.m, Elder Stewart Morris of the Mormon Church of Bradford will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Smethport.
