Obit: William Charles Skinner, 81. RD 1, Indian Camp Run. Youngsville. died at approximately 6:10 a.m. Monday. Sept. 2, 1996, at Central Care Center in Warren.He was born July 3, 1915, in Cyclone, Pa. a son of the late Elmer and Ella Scowden Skinner A mechanic, Mr. Skinner owned and operated Skinner's Garage on Indian Camp Run Rd. for a number of years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Lois Maxine Goodman in 1950: his second wife, Violet Hazel Seamens in 1992: two brothers, Fred and Lester Skinner, a sister Rose Kraft and a daughter Sheila Marie Wiedmaier. Mr Skinner is survived by five daughters. Carol Brown, Youngsville. Mrs Charles (Sandra) Hedlund, Laurel, Miss .. Mrs. Charles (Jackie) Rayner, Bay Springs. Miss., Mrs. Don (Marian) Stanbro, Pittsfield, and Marilyn Raymond, Warren. Several grandchildren: and a number of GreatGrandchildren. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the McKinney Funeral Home. Youngsville, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Robert Hinkle. Pastor of Youngsville Evangelical United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in McKean County Memorial Park, Lafayette. The family suggests memorial donations to Youngsville Library.
