The Baptism Register for the Combined Lutheran Churches of Milberger KS has an entry that reads:
Elma Elsina Leonora Keil, born October 22, 1903, baptized November 15, 1903, child of Konrad and Maria Kath. (sic) Keil.

Her obituary reads:
"Mrs. Elma E. Brack Dies in Great Bend.
Otis - Mrs. Elma E. Brack, 66, Otis, died Tuesday evening at the Central KS Medical Center in Great Bend. Born Oct. 22, 1903, in Barton Co., she has been a lifelong resident of Otis and Galatia communities.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Otis, the Naomi Circle and the Olmitz EHU.
Survivors include the widower, Floyd of the home, a son, LaVern of Otis; two daughters, Mrs. Ruben (LaVina) Bender, Russel and Mrs. Albert (Darlene) Bender, Salina; Two brothers Edwin Keil, Russel and Alvin Keil, Great Bend; a half-brother Edwin Brack, Otis; a half-sister, Mrs. Charles Brack, Albert; 10 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, one great grandchild, and two step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Otis with Rev. Theodore Judt officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday at the Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home and from 11 a.m. until service time Friday.
The family suggests memorials to the church."
