Lemie R. Webb, 92, of Tipton and formerly Atlanta died Saturday, Nov.
17, 2007 at Autumwood in Tipton.
Mrs. Webb was a homemaker.
She was born Feb. 22, 1915, in Tompkinsville, Ky., the daughter of
Joseph and Omie (Fox) Adams.
She and Osie Webb were married Sept. 17, 1933. He died April 16, 1973.
Mrs. Webb attended the Wesleyan Church in Atlanta.
She is survived by three daughters, Avis Jamison of Central City, Ky.,
Dee H. Farley of Atlanta and Cleve Evans of Lake Wales,
Fla.; a brother Levy Adams of Tompkinsville; three sisters, Dealie Hale
and Ruie Adams, both of Tompkinsville, and Clorene Sheffield of
Glasgow, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three
great-great-
grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, three sisiters and two brothers proceeded
her in death.
Calling will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hartley Funeral Homes Arcadia
Chapel. Private graveside services will be in
Arcadia Cemetery. The Rev. Dan Ealy will officiate.
