Dealte Vell Hale,87,Tompkinsville,died at the Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tompkinsville.

She was the daughter of the late Joe and Neomi(Fox) Adams and the wife of the late Roy Edward Hale. She was a member of the Athens Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law,Patsy and A. D. Moore,Indianapolis,Ind.,and Carolyn and William"Bozo"Geralds and Sue and Darrel"Flea"Denton,all of Tompkinsville.A son and dauaghter-in-law,Ronnie and Kay Hale;another daughter-in-law,Catherine Hale;and two sisters,Ruie Adams and Clorine Sheffield-all of Tompkinsville;eight grandchildren,12 greatgrandchildren,six great greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Two sons,Bobby and Tim Hale;three brothers,Levy,Jesse and Clyde Adams;four sisters,Flossie Summers,Lemmie Webb,Ruby Adams and Lucy Hicks;and a half-sister,Leona Creasey,preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon,Sept, 24,at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville,with Bro. David Summers officiating.Burial was at the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Ricky Bartley,Kerry and Kris Denton,Terry Geralds and Chad and Johnny Pruitt.
