Laura was born in Germany about four years before Edward and Bertha Weber relocated their family to America. She married Christ Neithardt Nov. 26, 1902 and they had a daughter, Valeda, in 1904. Christ worked in a machine shop, according to the 1920 Census. His brother, Jacob, was living with the family at the time. Christ died in 1925. Laura died in 1947 and they are buried together at Locust Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Laura Neithardt, 72, of 320 Keck avenue, died yesterday afternoon at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Albert B. Selzer. She was a member of St. John's Evansgelical and Reformed church.

Surviving besides the daughter are four sisters, Mrs. Clara Merle, Mrs. C.K. Wheeler, Mrs. William Heilman and Mrs. Tom Giles, all of Evansville; a brother, Emil Weber, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral servies will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Reboert Greek mortuary chapel. Rev. John R. C. Haas officiating. Burial will be in Locust Hill cemetery.
