Joseph Oscar Price, 80, a retired farmer living at 222 W. Brame St., died at home Tuesday at 5:20 a.m., alter a month's illness.

The funeral is arranged for 3 p.m. Wednesday at Fry & Gibbs chapel

interment to be made in Evergreen Cemetery.

Surviving are Mr. Price's wife, whom he married August 26, 1906, at Biardstown; children, six grandchildren; a brother, and a sister

Joseph Price was born in Glory community. April 14, 1881, and attended old Lone Elm rural school and Paris Commercial College.

He was a member of Biardstown Christian Church.

Except for four years at Vasco in Delta County, he had lived all his life in Lamar County, moving to Paris in 1953."
