Born April 6, 1902 in Rockford, son of Harry and Eliza Lambert Pollard. Lived most of his life in Florida. Self-employed pharmacist, owning pharmacies in Miami, FL area. Graduated from Rockford Central High School and School of Pharmacy, Philadelphia, PA. Survivors: two nephews, Harry Pollard, Lindenwood, and Ray Pollard, Winnebago; and five nieces, Jane Barrick, Winnebago, Vera Traum and Berniece Makulec, Rockford, Margaret Rittmeyer, Seward, and Marjorie Carmichael, Rochelle. Predeceased by three sisters, Dorothy Brauer, Jessie Brauer and Grace Andrews; and three brothers, Frank, Joseph, and George Pollard.
