The headstone says 1869, but her birthcertificate (#112) says 3 December 1868.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bert Plaggemer, 85, were conducted from the Congregational church last Friday afternoon with Rev. Clyde H. Roddy officiating. Mrs. Plaggemeyer died Wednesday of last week following a long illness.
Music was by Mr.s L. H. Townsend and Wayne Mack, with Mrs. Harry Wordal at the organ. Pallbearers were A. R. McDonnell, Ole Langhus, Anton Solberg, Q. C. Huyser, Gerrit Scholten and Lars Wesland. Interment was in Mountain View.

Mrs. Plaggemeyer was born Dec. 2, 1865 (sic), in the Netherlands and came to America with her parents at the age of 12, settling in Iowa. The family later moved to Hall, N. D., where the deceased was married to Bert Plaggemeyer in 1888.

They moved to Big Timber in 1896 and settled on a ranch in the Wormser community where Mrs. Plaggemeyer resided until a year ago.

Her husband and three sons preceded her in death.

Mrs. Plaggemery is survived by five daughters Etta Johnson, Rena McComb, Edith Evenson, Clara, and Ellen Plaggemeyer; four sons, Fred, John, Abe, and Harry Plaggemeyer; a sister, Mrs. Pliny Zehm, and 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
