Curwensville - Mrs. Jane Bailey, 66, of Curwensville R.D. widow of Harry Bailey, died in the Clearfield Hospital at 10:30 o'clock last night.
Born in Clearfield County, July 4,1893, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Sipes) Bietz.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by the following children: Mrs. Mary Barto, of Niagara Falls, NY; John of Somerset; Emiline and Myrtle, both of home; Mrs. Ruth Miller and Mrs. Susan Walker, both of Clearfield R.D.; Mrs. Sadie Hazzard, of Bemus Point, NY; Mrs. Stella Hagg, of Curwensville RD; and Fred, a patient in a veterans' hospital.
Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, one brother, Charles Bietz, of Akron, Ohio, and a sister Mrs. Mary Hockenberry, of Mahaffey.
Services will be held at 2pm Wednesday from the Nicholson Funeral home at Clearfield with the Rev. A.C. Clever officiating. Burial will be in Centre Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home tomorrow afternoon and evening and Wednesday until time of services.
