ROSSITER - Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at The Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Clearfield, for Frederick E. Bailey, 68, of Rossiter who died Monday, Nov. 8, 1999, at Haverilla Personal Care Home, Rossiter.
The Rev. Larry Hill will officiate. Interment will be at Centre Cemetery.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
Military honors will be accorded at the funeral home by members of the Clearfield American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars honor squad.
Born March 8, 1931, in Mahaffey RD, he was a son of Harrison W. and Rebecca Jane (Beitz) Bailey.
Mr. Bailey was affiliated with the Protestant faith and was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by the three sisters, Ruth E. Miller of Clearfield, Susan Walker of Richfield and Stella Haag of Curwensville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Mary Barto, Emeline McKeown, Myrtle Bailey and Sadie Hazzard; and three brothers, John, Luther and Willie Bailey.
