Julia Ethel Frazier Deen of Yulee, Fl. was born in Jacksonville., Fl of September 21, 1926 to the parents of Thomas and Elender Ratlieff. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 23 years, Charlie Frazier in 1969 and J. D. Deen in 1997. She loved them both very deeply. She was also preceded in death by all her six siblings Etta, Tommy, Lucille, Mildred, Bill & R.J. She is survived by daughters Carolyn McKibbon (Bob) of Daphne, Al and Claudia Morgan (Danny) of Yulee, Fl; 4 grandchildren, Michelle (Tim), Kimberly (Cory), Kevin (Joy) and Jonathan (Anita). Six great grandchildren: Kelsey, Blakely, Summer, Jessica, Grayson, & Mason. Numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. She loved her friend and sister-in-law of many years, Ramona Hurlbert Deen and sister in Christ, Frostie Roberts, active member of Yulee Baptist Church and the JOY Sunday School Class. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 PM in Yulee Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Kiesler officiating. Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday (TODAY) at the church. Arrangements by George H. Hewell and Son Northside Funeral Home.
