"WORLAND - Elizabeth D. Lungren, 77, died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Scheuerman. She was born Jan. 4, 1895, in Franzosia, Russia, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Deines, Sr.
She came to American in 1911 to be with her father who had immigrated to Idaho earlier. They later moved to Sheridan where she married Adam Lungren on November 26, 1916. The couple lived in Sheridan and Belle Fouche, S.D., before moving to Worland in 1923.
Mrs. Lungren was a member of the Woman's Guild of Zion Lutheran Church.
Survivors include the widower of Worland; sons victor of Cheyenne and Ruben and Lloyd, both of Worland; daughters, Mrs. Roy Schaff of Riverton, Mrs. Bruce Perryman of Glasgow, Mrs. Alvena Barnes of Palo Alto, Calif., Mrs. Marvin Fritz, Mrs. John Scheuerman, Mrs. jack Stine and Mrs. Jerry Geis, all of Worland; eight step-sisters; eight step-brothers; 23 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Thursday afternoon at Zion Lutheran Church, with the Rev. John L. Gilmore and Dr. Julius Berkenkamp officiating. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Worland, under the direction of the Veile Mortuary."
