WILLIAM H. COLLINS
CHESTERVILLE - William H.
Collins, 80, died early Wednes-
dayin a Waterville Hospital. He
had been a paitent there for
three weeks.
Born in Mercer Sept 28, 1891,
son of Elmer E. and Annette
Chapman Collins, he attended
Mercer schools and married
Susie Morrill Jan 25, 1915 at
Farmington. They had made
their home in Chesterville
where he was a carpenter and
lumberman until his retirement
eight years ago. He was a mem-
ber and trustee if the Farming-
ton Falls Church of the Naza-
rene and was a charter member
of the Farmington Falls Fire
Department.
He is survived by his widow;
two sons. Norman of Chester-
ville and Morrill of Farmington;
two daughters, Mrs. Susie Kill-
ponen of Monmouth and Mrs.
Rosella Sprague of Willmantic,
Conn; three sisters, Mrs. Alma
Clements and Mrs. Georgia
Hamlin, both od Chesterville,
and Mrs. Alice Hale of Mait-
land, Fla; 12 grandchildren and
five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
Saturday at 12 p.m. at the Far-
mington Falls Church of the
Nazarene. Friends may call at
Adams Funeral Home, 3 Court
St., Farmington, from 6 to 8
p.m. Friday.
