Obituary.
John Reedy was born in Ross county, Ohio, Feb. 13, 1818, where he grew to manhood; died Aug. 16, 1900, at the home of his son, C.T. Reedy, in Osage, Lincoln county. He had been married over 47 years, his wife and nine children surviving him. Eleven children were born to them. He lived in Kansas several years, but recently came to Oklahoma. He was a member of the German Reformed church for many years. The afflicted family have the sympathy of many friends. Funeral services by C.M. Hurlbut. Union, Okla., Aug. 19, 1900.
