Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Salt Lake City who died of natural causes Saturday at his home. He was a native of Vernal and a brother of Louis Timothy.
Mr. Timothy was born January 24, 1891 in Vernal to Heber and Esther Elizabeth Vernon Timothy. He married LaVon Wilson, April 21, 1917 in Roosevelt. She died November 16, 1964.
He was a member of the LDS Church and a businessman.
Survivors include his son and daughter, Vernon, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Wayne (Marilyn) Bone, Layton; 11 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Louis, Vernal; Parley, Presley, Lynn and Telintha Rasmussen, all of Roosevelt; Esther Dye, Salt Lake City; Weston, Kaysville.
Burial was in Salt Lake City Cemetery.
