Funeral services were held Wednesday of last week for Ester Elizabeth Timothy, 74, widow of Heber Timothy at the Roosevelt Ward Chapel, Bishop Horace J. Ritchie in charge.
John E. Wiscomb and Clifford Johnson were speakers: B. O. Colton offered the invocation and Dan Mitchell the benediction; Mrs. Jorgensen, Rose Marie Timothy and J. H. Gregory furnished the music. Interment was in the Roosevelt Cemetery.
Mrs. Timothy, daughter of William and Cynthia Vernon, was born in Lawrence County, Kentucky; when she was 23 years of age she joined the church being converted by a brother of her husband. She moved to Manassa, Colorado and from there came to Vernal where she married Heber Timothy.
