OBITUARY
JOHNSON - Mrs. Emily Caroline Johnson, 90, resident of Boise for 40 years, died at a local hospital Monday. Born Jan. 24, 1856, in Illinois, Mrs. Johnson came to Boise just before the turn of the century. Surviving are four sons, Charles A. Johnson of Bend, Ore.; James G. Johnson of Jennings Lodge, Ore.; John A. and Samuel H. Johnson of Pendleton, Ore.; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Evans of Venus, Neb., and Mrs. Ellen Sproul of Payette, and two brothers, Prim and Charlie Hartford of Page, Neb. Services will be held at 1:30 this afternoon at the Summers chapel with the Rev. J. O. Ekstedt officiating. Interment will be at Cloverdale Memorial Park.
