Man Found Dead In House On State St.

Mr. Johnson age about 24, had come from Lewiston to Weiser and had rented the old house next to the Christian Church on State street. In his pockets they found a letter to Will H. Johnson from his mother and brother at Holt county, Nebraska, a draft for $8,000 from bank in Seattle. He was looking to buy a ranch.
Several people had identified the body. The coroner determined Mr Johnson had died of a fit.
A brother was notified in Lewiston and asked coroner to hold the body until he arrived in Weiser.
