Erma was born to Sallie and Ross Lemon, the 5th of 8 children. Following the death of her father, Erma's mother and siblings moved to Mott, ND. Erma was briefly married to Lloyd Folvik. When Erma became seriously ill, her mother took her to Cheyenne, WY, where she later died.

August 9th, 1922
Mrs. Erma Folbeck, wife of Lloyd Folbeck of Cheyenne, died this afternoon at the home of her mother, Mrs. Sallie Lemon, at 707 West Eighteenth street. The body is at the Bricker Brothers funeral home, where funeral services will be held later.

NEWPAPER FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services were held at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon, at the Bricker Brothers funeral home, for Mrs. Lloyd Flovick, well known Cheyenne woman who died here this week. Rev. Guy E. Konkel was in charge of the services. Interment was in Lakeview cemetery. A large number of members of the railway brotherhoods here were present at the funeral.
