PHILOMATH - Frances E. Bennett, 85, died Thursday evening in her home.
Mrs. Bennett had lived in Philomath since 1929.
She was born in Albany, Neb. And moved to Falls City, Ore. When she was four years old, she lived in Falls City until she moved to Philomath.
She is survived by eight sons, Carl, Jiggs, Ray, Ron and Marvin of Philomath, Ted and Roy of Corvallis and Dick of Eugene; four daughters, Lavora Hart and Marville Christianson of Philomath, Bobbie Barnhouse of Corvallis and Hazel Corbett of Eugene. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 1973 and a daughter Argyl in 1943.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at DeMoss-Durdan Funeral Home
