Manley Talmadge Barlow was the son of Julius Posatale Barlowe (aka Barlow) and Temperance “Tempie” Cordelia McClurd.
Manley was born June 21, 1911 in Watauga County, NC.
Manley was a farmer and he liked to hunt. He never married and lived with his parents all of his life.
He was injured in an accidental shooting on December 12, 1943 and died as a result of the shotgun wound on December 13, 1943 at Grace Hospital in Banner Elk, NC.
Manley was survived by his parents, Julius and Tempie; a sister, Maudie (Maude); and four brothers, Oren, Vernie, Paul and Stanley.
