Burial services for Ellis H. Lane, 68, Route 2, Mankato, will be held at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in St. Paul at 2:15 PM, Friday. Mr. Lane died Tuesday at Veterans Hospital in Minneapolis where he had been a cancer patient since November. A native of Three Springs, PA, he has lived in the Mankato area for about 30 years. He was a farmer. He was a World War I veteran. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harvey Uhde, Mankato, three brothers: Otis, Rittman, OH; Clinton, Cedar Rapids, IA; and Jay, Pittsburgh, PA; two sisters: Mrs. Olive Roher, Three Springs, PA, and Mrs. Nevada Beckwith, Pasadena, CA, and five grandchildren.
