Clarence Junior Binkley, 46, of Warrensburg died 8:15 p.m. Wednesday in his home.
He was born in Warrensburg, the son of Clarence M. and Angie B. Brumett Binkley. He was a life-long resident of Warrensburg. He was employed at PPG Industries, Mount Zion. He was an assistant fire chief of the Warrensburg Volunteer Fire Dept., scoutmaster for 14 years and director of Illini Park.
He married Norma Lou Summar on August 20, 1949, in Warrensburg.
Surviving is his wife; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Binkley of Warrensburg; sons, Charles Eugene of Decatur, and Johnny Ray at home; brother, Wayne of Warrensburg; sisters, Mrs. Delbert (Mary) Brown and Mrs. Donald (Betty) Howe, both of Warrensburg.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Decatur. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery, Warrensburg. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
