Wayne McClelland Binkley, 52, of Warrensburg died 12:07 p.m. Wednesday in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery, Warrensburg.
Mr. Binkley was born in Warrensburg, son of Clarence M. and Angie Bell Brumett Binkley. He was a member and treasurer of the Warrensburg Volunteer Fire Department, director of the Adolf Meyer Credit Union, director of Warrensburg Boy Scouts and treasurer of the Illinois State Employees Association. He was employed by the Adolf Meyer Center.
He married Martha Rose Roberts on February 14, 1948, in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife; parents of Warrensburg; daughter, Mrs. Jack (Rose Ann) Edwards of Decatur; a son, Victor Wayne, at home; sisters, Mrs. Delbert (Mary Pauline) Brown and Mrs. Donald (Betty Jane) Howe, both of Warrensburg.
A brother preceded him in death.
