She was born in Trenton on April 13, 1900, a daughter of George and Elizabeth Burnt Allspach and was a lifelong Trenton resident. Mrs. Woodrey had worked as a receptionist in the office of Dr. Matthews for many years. She had also formerly worked at the Sears & Roebuck Store. She was a longtime member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ.
She leaves a daughter, Elsie DeMonge, and her husband, Kenneth, of Hamilton; two sons, Elmer Woodrey, and his wife, Tilly, of Middletown and Calvin Woodrey, and his wife, Jeanne, of Trenton; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Louise Richter of Middletown and Edna Smith of Trenton; and two brothers, Homer Allspach of Lawing, La., and Walter Allspach of Hamilton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer, a granddaughter, Pauline; three sisters; and two brothers.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home in Middletown, with the Rev. Susan Miller officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Miltonville Cemetery.
MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 114 S. Broad St., Middletown, 45044.
