Erma June Zimmerman, 95, died Nov. 10, 1988, in the Comanche County Hospital, Coldwater. Born Erma June Troyer, June 23, 1893, in Holmes County, Ohio, she married Elmer Zimmerman April 20, 1918, at Protection. He died Sept. 17, 1959.
She was a homemaker and a resident of Protection since 1909. She was a member of Protection Mennonite Church. Survivors: sons, Earl, Huntington Beach, Calif., Alfred, Protection, Myron, Chicago; daughters, Elsie Gunden, Meyerstown, Pa.,
Lois Lauffer, Protection, Norma Conrad, Rock Falls, Ill., Ruby Scotts, Goshen, Ind., JoAnn Day, Amarillo, Texas; brothers, Ralph Troyer, Albany, Ore., Paul Troyer,
Goshen, Ind., Raymond Troyer, Tucson, Ariz.; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Raymond Unruh.
Burial will be at Mennonite Cemetery, rural Protection. Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. today at Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, Coldwater.
