THE KENTUCKY STANDARD, page 1, Thursday, December 23, 1926. WILLIAM FOWLER DIED SUDDENLY. Fredericktown Citizen Succumbs to Heart Failure--William Fowler, about 54 years of age, died at his home at Fredericktown early Tuesday morning of heart failure. He complained of feeling ill and his wife had summoned a neighbor but he was feeling better when the neighbor arrived shortly afterwards he said he was sick and died within a short time. He is survived by his wife, and an aged father, Thomas Fowler, of Louisville, four sisters, Mrs. Josie Yates of Washington County, Mrs. Sallie Rose Montgomery, Mrs. Mollie Belle Hinton and Mrs. Annie Lizzie Auberry, all of Louisville. The funeral was held this morning (Wednesday) at 9:30 o'clock at Holy Trinity at Fredericktown by Rev. Father Giipperich, with burial in Fredricktown cemetery.
