Obituary - John J. Murphy—Funeral services for John J. Murphy, 60, a brake inspector for the New York Central roalroad, who died yesterday at his home 65 Jefferson
street, will take place Monday at 9:30 a. m. in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Mr. Murphy is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alice Gahney Murphy; three
sons, John Jr., now in the Marines, Bernard and James Murphy; two daughters, the Misses Alice (Alecia) and Theresa Murphy; four brothers, Christopher, Joseph and Matthew Murphy, Albany, and Bernard Murphy, Newburgh, and a sister Mrs. Delia McGrinn, Port Jervis.
Burial will be in St. Agnes cemetery, under direction of J. J. Pender
