Earl was the 7th of 8 children of of John Wesley Yerian and Emma Frances Wyatt.
He married on September 27, 1912, to Nellie May Hayth.
They are listed in the 1930 census of Liberty, Jackson County, Ohio.

EARL B. YERIAN IS STRICKEN
Earl B. (Bert) Yerian, 74, died at 1:15 Friday morning at the Wellston Nursing Home in Wellston. His death followed several months of failing health.
He was a resident of Jackson route three. He was born in Jackson county, September 18, 1893. His entire life was spent in this county.
He was a member of Calvary EUB Church. His wife, Nellie M., preceded him in death in 1960.
He is survived by the following childen: George Yerian of Sabina; Mrs. Geraldine Ross of Payne street; Mrs. Delores Roberts of Jackson route three; Delbert Yerian of Springfield; Howard Yerian of Wilimington; Denver Yerian of Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
Twenty-eight grandchildren and twenty grandchildren also survive. One brother, Howard Yerian of Jackson route five and one sister, Mrs. Nellie Whitaker of Jackson survive.
Friends may call after noon Saturday at the Eisnaugle funeral home. The body will lie in state at the Calvary EUB Church from 1 p.m. till 2 p.m. Sunday when the Rev. Richard Darby will conduct funeral services.
